Larkin Community Hospital congratulates Juan D. Oms MD, FAPA, Chair of the Academic Psychiatry Department of the ACGME, and Residency Program Director and Psychiatry Clerkship Director of Larkin Community Hospital, whose paper entitled "Predictors of Binge Drinking in Elderly Americans" has been accepted for publication in the prestigious American Journal on Addictions. 

Dr. Aizik Wolf, Medical Director of the Miami Neuroscience Center at Larkin, was interviewed on the morning show "Al Amanecer" of the Univision television network . Dr. Wolf offered a brilliant explanation of trigeminal neuralgia and its successful treatment at the Miami Neuroscience Center at Larkin with the Gamma Knife® radiosurgery method.
