Dr. Almeida specializes in Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Hypertension.  He has been in private practice in Miami since 1988.  Dr. Almeida has been an active speaker on the management of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol management, anemia associated with kidney disease, and cardiology.
